This work meets moments in life when something is seeking to reorganise itself at a deeper level.

Something has happened. We may find ourselves somewhere we no longer quite know how to meet. Or we are looking at something from the same place again and again — a situation, a question, something we want to change.

A transition may already be underway, visible or sensed. A relationship changing. A decision approaching. Something no longer quite fits.

And sometimes, something wants to begin — an idea, a project, a different direction, something we want to bring into the world even if we don’t yet know what form it might take.

And perhaps nothing has to be wrong. There is simply a sense that there may be more than what we can currently see.

SESSIONS

Each session begins with what is present in your life. From there, the work unfolds. We go and look.

At times, the session may take the form of a quiet, focused conversation.
At others, it may become a guided journey: a dream, an image, a question, a situation or an inner landscape can give us somewhere to enter and explore directly.

A place may appear, a conversation may continue differently.
Something forgotten may return.
Something that keeps repeating may be encountered from another place.
Connections may emerge where none were apparent before.

As we proceed, time shifts. What felt distant comes closer.

What had become fixed may begin to move again. What had no clear form may begin to take shape. What is already alive within you may find its own way forward.

OVER TIME

Over time, we come to know the terrain.

What begins in one session continues into life. Something may shift, return, or reveal another part of itself. What happens between sessions becomes part of where we go next.

We can follow what is changing, return to what keeps repeating, and work with what is happening as it unfolds.

We connect every two weeks and stay in touch in between when needed.
